How soon should I make a reservation?

Cancun Caddie recommends booking your Palace Resorts vacation as soon as popular because of the popularity of the available destinations. However, it is best to book at a minimum of 90 days in advance for the best availability and airfare options.

How do I make a reservation?

Go to the “Book Today” link and fill out the form. You will immediately receive a confirmation receipt of your request and a Cancun Caddie representative will contact you within 24 hours.

Palace Resorts will process all payments for room reservations with World Vacation Travel in Florida.

When is payment due?

Payment for your Palace Resorts accommodations must be secured 60 days in advance of your arrival date. Until payment is received, your reservation and room confirmation will not be guaranteed.

What is the cancellation policy for my reservation with Palace Resorts?

Will I receive a confirmation?

Cancun Caddie will forward a Palace Resorts acknowledgement with your reservation number and dates of travel. Then, when payment is made in full, Cancun Caddie will send you your hotel confirmation information for your Palace Resorts stay.

Can we request a certain room?

Yes, but Cancun Caddie cannot guarantee its availability.

Can more than 4 guests occupy one room?

Palace Resorts’ maximum room occupancy is 4 persons, except in two instances. A family of  five that includes 2 adults and 3 children (age 6 and under) or that includes 4 adults and 1 infant, will be allowed to accommodate one room, but ONLY at the Moon Palace and the Beach Palace in Cancun.

Do you make Air Travel Arrangements?

No. Please contact your local travel agent, online vendor, or preferred airline. We will forward your arrival information to Palace Resorts and confirm your transportation from the airport to the resort for guests staying 7 days or more.

Is there purified water at Palace Resorts?

Yes. Each Palace Resort has its own water purification system, but bottled water is also available.

Is babysitting available at Palace Resorts?

Yes. Please check with the resort directly for its per-hour rates.

Are there optional tours?

Yes. Contact the Chaza Travel Agency when you reach your Palace Resorts destination.

What time is check-in and check-out time?

Check In is at 3pm and Check Out is at 12 noon. However, each resort will store luggage for you if your departure or arrival is not accommodated by these times. You will be given an arm band that starts or continues your service until your room is ready or you depart for your return flight.
