Privacy Policy
Cancun Caddie, a privately owned business in Union, Missouri, proudly provides all-inclusive, golf-oriented vacation packages to the Palace Resorts in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. You will find that our online travel site provides ample descriptive information about the travel packages available to purchase. However, due to a request from Palace Resorts, we do not supply costs online since Cancun Caddie offers a special VIP discounted rate that is offered solely to Palace Resorts members.
We feel strongly that the convenience and no-pressure nature of online travel booking should not be offset by concerns about how your personal information is kept and protected. Therefore, our privacy policy outlines how we use, store and secure the information we gather.
Reservations
Cancun Caddie will do its best to secure your preferred dates and select location for your trip. After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, a customer-service representative will be in contact with you within 24 hours to discuss your accommodation arrangements and amenity packages.
Child Privacy Standards
Cancun Caddie is dedicated to protecting the privacy of children and will not knowingly accept email from anyone under the age of 18. If it comes to our attention that we have received email from an underage person, we will not respond to the email and will immediately discard the communication from our records.
Policies Subject to Change
Cancun Caddie’s policies are subject to change at any time and for any reason. For the protection of our customers, we will promptly post any policy changes on this site.
Other Terms of Use
We do not provide the following services through the Cancun Caddie website:
1) private online accounts with customer access through user ID and password,
2) online credit card payment,
3) payment in installments, and
4) warranty / guarantee of travel conditions beyond Cancun Caddie’s control.

Security
We make every effort to protect all information submitted to us when you use our website. However, we cannot ensure the complete reliability of the Internet or the e-mail system’s security measures. As a result, we are not able to provide a warranty or guarantee of security for all data transmitted to our website. We are also unable to compensate for losses in the event of failure of our security practices. By submitting information to us, you understand and acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
Reservation Policy
Cancun Caddie will make and confirm all Palace Resorts accommodations for your stay in Mexico or the Dominican Republic. Payments will also be arranged via Cancun Caddie. Details of your Cancun Caddie Package and accommodation information will be mailed to your address. However, if you would like to confirm your reservation with the resort , you may call 1.800.346.8225 (in the US) or 52.998.881.6000 (in Mexico). Or you can contact the hotel through their web site at www.palaceresorts.com.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancun Caddie will refund money in full for trips cancelled more than 30 days in advance. Any trips cancelled with less than 30 days notice, but more than 72 hours notice, will be refunded but assessed a $200 service fee penalty.

If you cancel a trip 72 hours or less because of a hurricane threatening the Cancun area, then you will receive a full refund.

There are no refunds for guests that do not make a cancellation request prior to the check-in date.

Palace Resorts’ Hurricane Policy
While Hurricane Season stretches from June to September in Mexico, Palace Resorts Hurricane Policy makes it easy to decide that Palace Resorts is the right choice for all your vacation needs. In the event that a hurricane¹ directly hits any Palace Resort while you are on vacation, we will gladly offer a certificate² for a return stay to the original resort for the number of original nights³.
Cancellations: There will be No Penalties for all cancellations made 72 hours or less before a hurricane strikes. Guests must contact the travel professional they booked their vacation package through to cancel.
No Show: No Show penalties will also be waived up to 5 days after the original traveling dates.
Relocations: If guests choose to transfer their reservation to an alternate destination offered by Palace Resorts (Except Le Blanc), we will offer rooms at the same rate based on availability. In the event that rates are lower at the relocating hotel, we will issue a credit for the difference.
Rescheduling: If guests wish to postpone their vacation and travel at a later date, Palace Resorts will protect original rate for travel up to one year after original departure date. Bookings must be rescheduled within 30 days after a hurricane strikes. Based on availability and black-out periods apply. Rate protection will only apply to the number of original nights and number of guests booked. (Additional nights or guests will be booked at current rate). No name changes allowed.
¹Policy will go into effect once the US National Weather Center issues a Category 1 Hurricane or higher to the area and the hurricane directly hits any Palace Resort.
²Certificate will be valid for travel between April 15 – December 15, 2007. It is non transferable, not redeemable for cash. Space is subject to availability and blackout periods apply. ³Excludes day of departure. Airfare and transfers are not included.
This policy is for individual travel and groups booked through Tour Operators, It does not apply to groups booked directly with Palace Resorts. Groups contracted directly with Palace Resorts shall refer to their specific contract policies.
Airline ticket holders are subject to Airlines’ policies and guidelines.
Policy may be subject to change or may be discontinued without notice.
